Hi,

I have a matrix table where I want to make the last option “I don’t listen to music streaming services” exclusive (which I’ve done), but want only one button that can be selected instead of displaying the 4 options to select currently. Is there a way to do this?

 

I think you’ll be better off splitting this into two questions.  It solves two issues - the ‘I don’t listen to music streaming services’ row and the Other row.

  1. Multi-select multiple choice - What music streaming services do you and your family listen to? (select all that apply). Include ‘Other’ with text entry and exclusive ‘I don’t listen to music streaming services’
  2. Matrix - What type of account do you have with these music streaming services? Carry forward the selected entered text from the previous question as statements. Display question if ‘I don’t listen to music streaming services’ is NOT selected in the previous question
