​@vgayraud thanks but as per your suggestion, the matrix form question column is not displaying the selected responses from the previous question selected responses. This is the preview mode of matrix type question that is supposed to display (in columns) the items selected but is blank currently-

can you help me with another issue concerning image format display please? Question 1 ask to select 10 out of 20 items (images with text). question 2 just displays the selected items. but in preview, question two displays distorted image captions instead for each item. meaning, Image1 with the caption X is getting displayed as Image1 with caption X getting  displayed under Image2.
