Matrix Likert and Bipolar scale export values

I recoded my values from 6-1 which show in parenthesis when exporting to Word doc, but there are additional values shown next to my coded values. How do I change those?  I tried the Variable Naming option and that does not seem to change the values shown on the export.

    @yml It’s the name of scale point.You can change matrix type to likert, change the scale point name and switch it back to bipolar. It will update the name.

    Thank you @Nam Nguyen.  I was able to change it in the survey, but the export still shows different values.  Additionally I have the same issue utilizing Matrix question type

    @yml Changed, Published? If it’s not working then it’s weird. You can try to duplicate/copy the whole project to a new one if it’s not working? Maybe something wrong with the system?
