Matrix/Likert/Drag and Drop Responses Not Recorded in "View Response"

Question

My survey contains a Likert matrix question with drag and drop answer type. The question is functioning perfect for survey respondents. However, I am not able to view their individual responses to this question in the “Data & Analysis” tab when I select “View Response” or “Export to PDF” for a single respondent. All that appears is a list of all possible answers and empty boxes, as if they did not sort any of the answers.If it is relevant, the question also utilizes display logic and piping for some answer choices. Interestingly, in “View Response,” the piped answers appear, but the display logic is not factored in (i.e. all possible answer choices are listed out in “View Response” rather than the ones that particular respondent would have seen when completing the survey). It is very important that I am able to view individual responses to this particular question. Does anyone know why that is happening or a possible solution?

Hi ​@theresa890,The full response data should still be visible in the raw export (CSV,TSV, or SPSS export). Have you tried any of them?
