I have an issue with my Matrix Table. The preview function (from Prolific) shows me that the items are actually mixed up: the scale is supposed to be numbered from 1 to 11 left to right. Does anyone know what could cause this issue, or how I could solve it? Thank you very much

Check to make sure the answers aren’t randomized.
There is an option to randomize scale points, I would recommend checking if you have that enabled.
If its not, I would recommend creating a new quesiton to start from scratch.
If it still persists, then it is a deeper problem and you’ll need to contact support.
