The document on the right is the working document that I need to make into a Qualtrics survey. I would like "All under the supervision..." to show up as a line, like a statement, but I do not want the scale points to show on that line. Is there a way to go about this within a single matrix table? I can always just break it out into its own question but ideally I would keep it within single matrix table question.

@kgillis,Add it as a choice group instead of a statement. Click on the statement blow it and ‘Assign to Group’
