I’ve had a ticketing workflow functioning for a about a year and half now. During that time, once the follow up questions were completed and “Submitted” Qualtrics would show a pop-up asking if the user wanted to close the ticket. That stopped today. Does anybody know why? Outside of a ticketing workflow to change the status, is there an easy way to bring that feature back? People often forget to close the ticket if not prompted.

I noticed that option yesterday while setting up a create ticket task. I might be wrong but I don’t remember it being there before. It doesn’t seem to be documented either on the support site. Seems to be linked to the situation you are describing.
