Migrate Contact List to new Brand, but retain Qualtrics IDs? | XM Community

We may soon move to a new Qualtrics "Brand" and will need to migrate several mission critical contact lists. It is pretty straightforward to download as a csv and then upload again. However, that leads to new Qualtrics IDs for the contacts and we use to integrate with our databases.
Is it possible to migrate and retain the same qualtrics IDs?
My guess is no, but maybe I'm wrong...

Hi there, I think you will want to check in with your customer success rep/Qualtrics support for confirmation here. If Qualtrics support performs the User Moves, I believe it is possible for distributions to remain connected to their surveys, but I am not sure if the Contact List IDs will remain the same. My hunch is also no, but Qualtrics support will know for sure.
