Hi, I'm trying to add audio (wav/mp3) files to my survey. I can see that I need to upload them to my 'files library' first, but I don't seem to have a files library. Instead, I have a survey library tab, graphics library tab, and a messages library tab. None of these take audio uploads, and I'm not sure how to proceed. Any help wld be appreciated!

That's gonna need your brand admin to give you rights to access the files library from this section of your account's permissions.
