Modifying the response requirements to an active survey

Does anyone know if I modify the response requirements from request from to force respond, will affect the data that it is already gathered?

I don’t think it’d affect the responses that are already recorded.

Any change to the survey apart from deleting or modifying any choices wont have any impact on the responses collected.
