I am new to Qualtrics and am trying to setup a form to do the following:
- user accesses anonymous link on a SharePoint Communication Site
- user completions their section of the form (several blocks) and ends survey to record responses (thought I had to end the survey at the end of the user portion of the survey to trigger the workflow to send out the email – it doesn’t work otherwise)
- A workflow is setup to send an email to their supervisor (email address is obtained from a question in the user’s part of the form) – using a retake link

- Supervisor completes their section of the form and ends survey again to complete to whole form
- A workflow is setup to notify the organisation’s support staff that a completed form has been done. The support staff would then review the form and action if required (yet to be completed).
It is working to a point, the email is sent to the supervisor when the user ends survey, with the correct Record, however, the branching logic is not working, it takes the supervisor to the beginning of the form, and ends the survey before they can get to their section of the form to complete.
I have followed the guidelines I think correctly but if someone could look at my setup that would be great, and maybe suggest a better way of setting this up. I have also tried TOC but that did not work with the workflow email notification.
Qtip: If all the questions you want to display during the retake are contained in the same block, then you can use branch logic to display the questions instead.
