Hi everyone! I have a multiple-choice question and I would like to change the response format from list to boxes. Is this feasible? This is what I would like to change it to:

You can change the 'Alignment' to 'Columns' so that the multiple-choice question appears as you desire. Below is a screenshot for your reference:
You can use CSS to chnage the colour of boxes.
