How can I make this work?
If you choose options A and C in Q1, you will be presented with a separate rating question for each option (A and C).

you will have separate rating questions for A and C.

Just create 2 rating question for A and C (Q2-A, Q2-C), then set the display logic
if Q1- A is selected and Q1-C is selected.
