I am new to Qualtrics & for a start I had sent m survey to 19 people for which I have received 5 reply with no error message & 3 surveyors are facing an error message "Validation Failed". Below is the error message.
Can anybody suggest what is wrong here.

It looks like this question as a validation on the survey (either force response or custom validation see support page here) which I cannot grasp from just looking at the question.
However, since this is a matrix question and given that all but the row for 21May have been selected I assume that currently each date has to be picked for either AM or PM. You may want to double check your validation set up on that question or potentially remove it all together for now.
