Recently, my Qualtrics auto-updated to a new version where distribute “personal links” process/UI is much slower. Before, I could click generate links, easily navigate to the directory I wanted, then select the entire list or individual participants. Now, it opens a separate tab, makes me slowly select my directory with multiple clicks (including loading time), click “next” twice, and finally, click “generate .csv”.
I generate personal links for multiple surveys per participant and multiple participants each week. This UI change is about to tack on a lot of extra time to my workflow. Please revert to a faster and more intuitive UI for distributing personal links. The previous version was great, I’m not sure why extra steps have been added in a new and ostensibly “improved” version of Qualtrics.
