Hi everyone,

I had a question regarding new survey responses. When you receive an email regarding new survey responses from your active survey, is there a way to only view those new responses in Qualtrics and not the entire list of responses?

You can set up a email workflow that include the Response Report so each time a new response come, you can view it in the email. Email Task (qualtrics.com)

@Steph2023 definitely review the workflow options as the alternative may be to remove any email notifications and only review responses direct in Qualtrics.  This is how I typically do it.  I instead set up workflow email notifications; only if key words are mentioned which may indicate more urgent action i.e complaint.  Qualtrics is quite flexible in this regard.
