No data found - your filters may be too exclusive!

I am trying to view the result of my survey, and I see “No data found - your filters may be too exclusive!” listed next to my questions. I do not see any filters set. Please advise how to correct this problem.

@DSW  Is it appearing on a dashboard or somewhere else?
