No images are displayed in the XM survey invitation email.

Hello everyone!

We created an XM survey in the client's platform, but when they receive the survey they can't see the images integrated to the mail.
Previously we have made different distributions and the images had arrived correctly.
The outgoing mail domain is configured with a custom domain of the client.

According to the customer, he did not make any adjustments to his email server.

Kindly check if you still have images in the graphics library also if it was from a group library. Are you still a part of that group.
Try remapping the graphics URL in the message body.
