No permission to accept shared surveys

Hi, I’m having an issue where as soon as I enter the collaboration code of a survey shared to me, it states “You do not have permission to accept survey collaborations.”

What are the steps to fix this?

    Do you know what your user type is? Maybe it’s because you do not have enough permission within your user type.

      As AlexandreLeduc mentioned, it could be a permission issue.

      Do check the collaboration type (same organisation or different organisation) and contact your brand administrator for assistance.
