Offline App - Incomplete responses

There is no dedicated setting to disable incomplete responses in the Offline App. However, you can prevent respondents from intentionally saving an incomplete response by disabling Show Close Button:

1. Open the survey in the Offline App.
2. Tap the red gear icon to open Manage.
3. Disable Show Close Button.

You can also enable Require Passcode if users should need a passcode to exit the survey without completing it.

For shared or public devices, Kiosk Mode is another option. It hides the close button and lets you set a time limit before the survey refreshes. Kiosk Mode is available on Android devices and tablets, but not iPhones or Windows devices.
 

Note that the Offline App supports incomplete responses, so disabling the close button primarily prevents respondents from using the X to save one intentionally. Configure the app settings on each device where the survey is deployed.
