I am currently working on a Brand Health Tracker study on Qualtrics. We are supposed to conduct face-to-face interviews therefore, we'll be utilizing the Qualtrics app for offline surveys.
The problem is when I downloaded the Qualtrics app, I am facing an error whenever I try to download the survey to be filled. Please let me know how to go about it. Note this error only occurs when I try to do this from the field team's account, not from my own.
