I have a questionnaire consisting of several Likert Matrix tables, each containing five different answer options. However, in the results section, only four of these answer options are displayed. It seems that the responses for that option are merged together with the responses to one of the other answer options that does get displayed in the results section as this one has an unusually high amount of responses. I attached two screenshots that hopefully make my issue clearer. Thanks in advance.
