I’m wanting to NOT have an automated page break but I cannot seem to remove it since the question with the display logic has display logic based off choices. Looking for some out of the box solutions here.

instead of adding the display logic in the survey builder, you can also add in the survey flow.
An alternative would be to use JavaScript to hide and disable choices instead of using display logic.
