Participation Summary Filter doesn`t work

Hey Qualtrics Team,

 

our Participation Summary Filter doesn’t work suddenly today - after working in the last week. We finished a survey within this pulse project last week. Therefore we use a page filter with the “project start date”.

Now the widget doesnt work no matter if we filter in our org hierarchy, delete and add the widget or change the page filters.

Do you all have any idea to set it up again correctly or are there any issues with the widget at the moment?

just to make sure… It’s not about the invited counts not calculated?

Could you provide more details about the error? Is it just showing empty or does it show an error mesage?

thank you for your reply. It turned out, that the error occured because i added a participant after the start of the survey.

But i dont know how our implementation partner fixed it in the end.
