I have developed a survey that has a signature question. It is a user agreement. I can download a PDF that shows that question with the user’s signature. I also created a workflow to go to an admin’s email so that can download that PDF with the signature, but the email that the admin see does not contain what I can download from the platform. Is there an option to select that the admin can download the complete PDF with the user’s agreement and their signature on the same file?

In your email workflow, if you selectInclude Response Report, you will have, as a PDF, all the answers from the survey, including the signature. It will be possible to download the signature as a PNG.Hope this helps.
