Depends if you are using the CX or EX part, as I think the Response rate widgets might be different. We show response rate as a percentage in our EX Engagement dashboard by using the Participantion summary widget,

Hi ​@RickB  —  CoreXM doesn’t provide an automatic widget like the EX Engagement dashboard’s Participation Summary widget. But you can still calculate and display the percentage of respondents manually using a few workarounds. Here’s how you can do it:
 

1. Keep a record of total invited participants

If you’re distributing the survey through Qualtrics Email Distribution, you can easily track the total number of people invited through the Distributions tab. If you’re inviting externally (e.g., via your own email system), you’ll need to manually note the number of people you contacted.

2. Track completed responses

In the Data & Analysis tab, filter responses by “Finished is True”. This gives you the count of completed surveys. You can also download the data and use Excel or any tool to calculate:
Response Rate = (Number of Completed Responses / Number of Invited Participants) × 100

3. Display this % within Qualtrics (if needed)

While CoreXM doesn’t let you automatically show the response rate within the built-in reports, here’s a workaround:
    •    Use embedded data to store either the total invited count or the calculated percentage (if you’re distributing in waves).
    •    Create a Descriptive Text question at the start or end of the survey/report and manually update it with the computed percentage. Example:
“As of [date], XX% of invited participants have completed this survey.”

It’s not dynamic, but it allows you to communicate the percentage in a clean format if you’re sharing survey links or dashboards with others.
