Personlized link reciepient can't access survey

Hello,

 

I have published a survey and then created personalized links. When a respondent opens the link, a message says, “Unfortunatly, you are not authorized to access this survey.". The anonymous link works and records responses. Any tips to make the personalized link work?

@DAbdouh check response settings to ensure options are enabled to re-access the survey.  https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-options/survey-options-overview/#Responses

You may also wish to send respondent a retake survey link to override their original response? (if any).

There is a lot of reasons this may be occurring, and hard to troubleshoot exactly - but in my experience it can be that the link/survey appears to have been started & participant isn’t allowed back in.  

If trouble still exists, lodge a support ticket.
