Pipe most frequent text responses to follow up questions

I have a survey where I ask a few questions where they give the names of people they know. Some questions may overlap in the people they name, for example, they might say the same person gives them advice about parenting and finances. I want to be able to choose the 5 most frequently nominated people and ask a follow-up question about them. Any ideas on how to do this?
