Is it possible to attach a PDF file in a question - so respondents can download the file? For example, on the Introduction page of the survey set up as a text question, I want to add a file that respondents can click on and download - how do you post the file in the question?

Yes, you can attach a PDF or any other non-executable file up to 16MB to a survey question. Use the ’Insert File’ option in the Rich Content Editor. For more details, refer to the link below:
