I want to enable the 'Prevent multiple submissions' option but the additional actions are not displayed. I don't know why I'm not seeing this (it is explained that this feature isn't available for free accounts, but I am not using one). Yet, the more important question is what would then happen when a multiple submission is detected. I assume 'Flag responses' would be the default action in this case, but I'm not sure since this is not stated anywhere. I hope someone can confirm to avoid unpleasant surprises.

I believe that when the correct setting is enabled, any responses that Qualtrics thinks are multiple submissions will have a flag icon appear next to them in the Data & Analysis view. It has a link that allows users to view the possible duplicate responses and take further action from there.
