I have a problem with removing the answers from my Qualtrics survey.
First, I have deleted the unwanted data using without choosing ‘Decrement all quotas for deleted responses’ option. The results kept showing up in my ‘Data & Analysis’ and started to display the responses button as in the attached picture.
Then I tried to delete the same data with marking ‘Decrement all quotas for deleted responses’ option, however nothing changed and those data are still showing up on my ‘Data & Analysis’ page?
What am I doing wrong?
