Pulling comments from multiple surveys into a single report

So my company has a standard user satisfaction survey that goes out to every user after a training course is completed. It consisted of only 4 questions, with a final entry where they can add comments of whatever nature.
I have a dashboard setup to collect all the data from these surveys, but now been asked if there is a way to compile all the user comments into a single report that can be pulled aside from this. The problem is, we currently have almost 90 active surveys for our Learning Department...and that number continues to grow as we add more courses.
Is there a way to do this from the current dashboard, or would something new need to be created....or is it even possible to do with so many surveys?
