QR Code or URL Link

When I create either the QR code or the Link via their tools, it sends the recipient to the template page and not the page where my survey is. How do I resolve this. Thank yo.

That sounds like something is not working correctly in your account or brand. I would reach out to Qualtrics Support and ask them to look into it.

    It sounds like the QR code or URL may be pointing to the survey template/preview page rather than the actual published survey link. I’d check the link under the Distributions section in Qualtrics and make sure you’re using the live/anonymous survey URL. Then regenerate the QR code using that exact link.
