We have QR codes on posters but also want to distribute the survey through the Qualtrics email system (not an anonymous link).  We don’t mind that the meta data will be captured.  Is it possible to distribute both ways?  Our last software wouldn’t allow it but I don’t see anything prohibiting us doing it through Qualtrics.

    Hello @DayleO,

    Certainly, you can distribute the survey through both email and QR channels. If you prefer personalized links over anonymous ones in emails, you'll need to input customer details like first name, last name, email, and external data reference (mandatory fields). You can create a workflow using the "Experience ID Change" event and select "Contact created." Then, add a "Distribute survey" task and set it up accordingly.
