Hello everyone, I want to do a study on qualtrics. The study consists of 12 rounds. In the study, 1000 ECU guaranteed payment will be made to the participants for each round. The participants will spend the guaranteed payment and the income they get from some tasks. How can I do that?

    You can easily set up a multi-round study that includes both guaranteed and task-based payments. Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Structure the Survey: Create your survey using a separate block for each round. At the start of each block, use a descriptive text box to display the guaranteed payment for that round.

    2. Track and Calculate Earnings: Use Embedded Data within your Survey Flow to automatically track payments as participants progress. You can also use Scoring to calculate and display the total earnings at the end of the study.

    3. Automate Rewards: Qualtrics integrates with platforms like BHN Rewards and Tango Card to automatically distribute digital rewards based on a participant's final earnings.

    4. Protect Privacy: To maintain anonymity, consider using a separate follow-up survey to collect contact information for reward distribution.

    5. Workflow Example:

      • Start: Block 1 for introduction and instructions.

      • Rounds: Blocks 2-13 for each round, where you display the guaranteed payment and then present the tasks.

      • End: A final block to display the total earnings and provide instructions for claiming the reward.
