Has anyone noticed that the Qualtrics user types for example “Participant” are no longer allowing users to view the XM platform or their dashboard projects? 

All of a sudden, all they can see is Manager assist when we have been using this default setting for years. 

They are saying we have to edit it per user instead of at the user type level even though we never made any changes (we cant it is grey out)

I can imagine this could happen if the default user type setting changed, but I personally have not noticed and we surely don’t have the same issue in our system.

In our platform, we only have “Participants” in the EX, and the dashboard access still works when given in the individual project through role assignment, even without an elevated role. And in our CX, participants are never users, and we have a dedicated role for dashboard viewing, so no such thing is happening.
