Is it possible for a user to update a submitted response in a survey ?

User opens the survey, enters details, submits the survey.  They want to be able to go back to the submitted record and update some of the information.

@JDsouza - agree with Nam, Retake Survey is how you do this.  However it isn’t possible for a user to self-generate this, a new link needs to be generated for them and given/shared.  So they would need to advise you they want to update it. 

The alternative is Admin users can edit the responses directly, if you know what needs to be changed - see Editing Responses (qualtrics.com)
