Hi, everyone!

I'm including a link in my survey for respondents to search information from a website and then seamlessly return to the survey. Currently, when respondents click on the link and return to the survey, it restarts from the beginning. How can I configure this in Qualtrics to ensure that respondents resume the survey from where they left off?

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Ensure you are opening the link in new tab using anchor tag attribute ‘target=_blank’. Secondly make sure this option is enabled in your survey.

Thank you for your response! I suspect my issue aligns with the first reason you mentioned. However, I'm uncertain about how to set the link to open in a new tab. Could you please provide more detailed steps on how to achieve this?
