Quota Male and Famale for each branch

I need to introduce twelve branches and show each respondent just one of the branches.I need to control the number of male and famale for each branch. 30 male and 30 famale per branch, so it gives 720 responses at all. I know that I need to use quota, but I don't know how to made it. Please help
