Hey there, 

If I have a quota that has been filled, but I want to allow any new respondents that meet this fulfilled quote to continue to access the survey and complete it as normal, are these the correct settings:

Quota options > when quota has been met > I’ve selected ‘none for skip logic or survey flow’ > for ‘over quota options’ I’ve selected ‘keep and record’.

Do these settings mean the respondent continues as normal. And how would the data be identified so I can tell it’s an over quota limit response?

Yes, those setting will allow respondents to continue.  You can add a branch to the survey flow to record an overquota embedded field.  Something like: “If Quota X has been Met, Set Embedded Data overquota = 1”

In survey flow, after adding the branch underneath my demographic section that reads ‘if quota female has been met’ and then I’ve selected ‘set embedded data’ what do I select from the drop down box (picture attached)? is there where I type ‘overquota’ and enter ‘1’ where it asks for a value. Thanks.
