I have created some very straightforward quotas but they are not updating and all are stuck at 0 and I can’t see why. They all just look at 2 fields and use AND. The first field in the quota is a single select question so the quota builder just provides a dropdwn for me to choose which response is being measured. The second is an embedded data field and I have checked the spelling and formatting and the value in my quota matches what is set in the survey. When I recreate my quota rules as filters in Data & Analysis I see the matching responses. My embedded data field is a text value “COMPLETED” and the quota rule says “is equal to” - is “contains” or a regex pattern going to be more reliable (even though “COMPLETED” is the value in my data)? @jb_lumanity: Did you try checking for any whitespace around COMPLETE. I know it’s aremote possibility, but that’s the only thing that I can think of now.
