I am looking to connect with others who are using their system to complete the following:User submits application, attaches an essay (document) n=300 applications 3 reviewers are assigned to each applicant n=30 reviewers After applications are submitted the reviewers are assigned in a data source to each applicant and uploaded to dashboard that then the reviewers access and based on permissions can see who they have been assigned and then complete the rubric/review for each of the essays. Does anyone have suggestions on a process similar to this that is not so tedious and requires manual creation of assigning reviewers to applicants and tying the essays to those reviewers to see and review? Also I have to have the reviewers then manually enter the applicant ID when scoring which is too much room for human error. Also would like to setup reminders to the reviewers of the applicants they have left to do if possible. Thanks!Meganmegan.dreeszen@methodistcollege.edu
