Randomizer issues in survey

For our survey, we are trying to create an experiment involving a sort of game where the participants select a certain color, and a video of a marble will roll down a track. It will either be a winning condition or a losing condition, so we are trying to ensure that every win condition only gets videos where their color wins, and likewise for the losing condition. Our main issue is that once participants reach the third time they select their color, no video plays and they are sent directly into the fourth selection. However, the following selections work as intended. We have checked the survey flow and nothing seems to be wrong, can anyone give us some tips or clues as to what might be the issue?
