We have a section in our survey flow that is supposed to populate the country code. So far in our surveys, it has worked, but currently in our new surveys, it is not generating the country code. We haven't changed anything in our survey flow. What could be creating this problem?

Can you provide a picture of survey flow section that populates the country code?
You need to set the embedded field ‘code’ in either your contact list or append it to the survey url as &code=XX.

If you already have a contact/mailing list, update it so each contact has the embedded field ‘code’ populated.
