Record every login to the survey

Hello
I have created a registration survey to the employees with quote of xxx registrations per a date .
For example , i have opened 3 dates and once i have met the quote of the 3 dates the user will get a message to try later
The system keep on recording every user that login to the survey even though he cannot register .
Can someone suggest ?
Maybe there is a postponed option ...

Hello Nitzanr
Try using Quotas for your use case. In this way, you can record the responses as well as stop them for registering themselves.
You can specify (conditions) as per your requirement, what action should take place when a condition has been met.
