Redirect to a URL ... (Unavailable for your brand)

Hi all, I'm trailing the survey feature. I want to test setting a redirect with custom parameters point to our backend, unfortunately when I try to set the redirect URL I am met with "Redirect to a URL ... (Unavailable for your brand)".

This sounds like the feature may not be available to your type of account, such as if you're using a free/trial account.
If you are using a paid account, though, as part of an organization license, reach out to your brand admin; they might just need to enable the feature for you.
