Hi,
I have a two-part survey. The first part is person A filling in basic information on a safety event. During this, person A will enter person B and person C emails . When person A submits their part of survey, their is a workflow email where person B and person C will receive a retake link. They use that link to enter their own feedback on event.
The initial link person A uses is anonymous and the retake link is based off that with some Q_R text at end of URL.
My question is whether it is possible to have a reminder email sent out to person B and/or person C if they have not completed their retake link portion after 72 hours?
I have seperate email workflows for person B and person C.

+41chawk Sorry, there isn't a way to send reminders based on whether or not the survey was completed by person B or C.
Regarding your workflows, I'd caution against notifying B & C at the same time. Retake links are not going to function as you are planning. It will be necessary to send the retake link to B after A completes and then a separate workflow to send to C after B completes.
