Report table appearance question

Hi, we're designing a survey for a leadership audit, where someone's peers can give feedback about them. We do not want this to be designed as a 360--we just want the answers to come through as simple responses. Right now in the report, this results table visualization looks like our best option. However, we want it to display responses vertically in rows, not in columns like it does right now. Our survey is set up like this, and we'd like the report to look more like this:
Does anyone have any suggestions for how we can make the report look the way we want? Thank you!
