Response Summary before End of Survey

This is probably a two-part question.
Is creating a response summary before ending your survey possible?
First way I'm doing it is creating a text graphic and adding piped texts for all the responses.
The problem I'm encountering there is I don't see an option from the drop down of Survey Questions that will pipe the text inside the essay box responses, even the "Others" choice that have text entry I can't find in the piped text options.
So now I'm thinking if there is a solution where it can just show it as a whole like the option in the end of survey.

Hi Nogstai ,
If I understand your problem statement right you want to show response summary before end of the survey.
The Qualtrics has inbuilt feature for this which you can use to achieve the same :

Further to pipe in text value from Essay box(text field) you can use
${q://QID67/ChoiceTextEntryValue} where QID67 is question id for the Essay box question.
Similarly you can pipe in dat from Other(option) OE also.
