is there a way to record the response time taken by the participant to fill out the overall survey? though I have already put the time recording questions for two specific questions but I also want to record time for the overall survey.

Hello
Create a new embeded field named ‘Q_TotalDuration’. This field will automatically track the total time a respondent takes to complete the survey, including time spent away from the survey if they close and return later. Just make sure the filed is on top of all your question blocks. Below screenshot for your reference:
